How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 6 business days, with delivery added on top. UK and European orders generally arrive within 7 to 15 business days from confirmation. International orders may take longer. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed it enters production immediately. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after confirmation, so please double check your size, address, and details before completing your purchase.

How do I know which size to pick?

Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements. We recommend checking these carefully before ordering as we do not accept returns for sizing preference.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns. As all products are made to order they are exempt from standard return rights under UK consumer law. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect contact us within 30 days with photos and we will resolve it.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and in original condition. You cover the return shipping to: Lunar Bass, Flat 307, 64 New Kent Road, London, SE1 6GB, UK. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

My item arrived faulty. What do I do?

Contact us at julian@itslunarbass.com within 30 days with clear photos. Faulty or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
