As our voice grew, so did the community around it. The clothing line is the natural next step, a way to bring that identity off the screen and onto the street. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed it enters production immediately. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after confirmation, so please double check your size, address, and details before completing your purchase.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and in original condition. You cover the return shipping to: Lunar Bass, Flat 307, 64 New Kent Road, London, SE1 6GB, UK. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

How do I know which size to pick?

Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements. We recommend checking these carefully before ordering as we do not accept returns for sizing preference.

How are your products made?

Every Lunar Bass item is made to order. Production begins only after your order is confirmed, which means no two items sit in a warehouse. Each piece is produced specifically for you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 6 business days. Delivery time is added on top of this depending on your location. UK and European deliveries generally arrive within 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation. International orders may take longer. These are estimates and not guarantees.

My item arrived faulty. What do I do?

Contact us at julian@itslunarbass.com within 30 days with clear photos. Faulty or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
