Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Lunar Bass you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Us

Lunar Bass is a clothing brand based in London, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Lunar Bass. References to "you" or "your" refer to the customer placing an order.

2. Orders and Contract

2.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed once we confirm your order by email.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where items are mispriced, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

2.3 We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch and issue a full refund. We shall have no further liability to you in such circumstances.

2.4 All orders are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any product will remain available at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3.2 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.

3.4 We are not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

4. Production and Dispatch

4.1 All Lunar Bass products are made to order. Production begins only after payment is confirmed.

4.2 As products are made to order, production typically takes 3 to 7 business days before dispatch. Delivery timelines are in addition to production time.

4.3 Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

4.4 Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled or modified.

4.5 Ownership and risk of products pass to you upon delivery.

5. Delivery

5.1 We deliver to addresses within the UK and internationally. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination.

5.2 For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

5.3 Delivery is to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

5.4 If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we reserve the right to charge re-delivery costs before reshipping.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 As all products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except where required by law (see section 7 below).

6.2 We do not offer free returns under any circumstances.

6.3 We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

• You must contact us at julian@itslunarbass.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached

• You are solely responsible for the cost and logistics of returning the item to us

• Items must be sent to: Lunar Bass, Flat 307, 64 New Kent Road, London, SE1 6GB, United Kingdom

• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement size subject to availability

• If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or store credit at our discretion

• We do not refund original shipping costs under any circumstances

6.4 Exchanges are offered as a goodwill gesture and do not affect your statutory rights.

7. Your Statutory Rights

7.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7.2 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. In such cases, please contact us at julian@itslunarbass.com with photographic evidence within 30 days of receiving your order.

7.3 If a product is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly sent, we will arrange a replacement or full refund including any delivery costs incurred. You will not be required to bear the cost of returning faulty items.

7.4 Please note that the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 right to cancel (14-day cooling off period) does not apply to made-to-order or personalised goods. As all Lunar Bass products are made to order, this exemption applies to all purchases.

8. Product Descriptions and Colours

8.1 We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and sizing accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen calibration, monitor settings, and the nature of garment production.

8.2 Minor variations in colour or finish do not constitute a fault and are not grounds for a return or exchange outside of our standard exchange policy.

8.3 Size guides are provided as a reference only. We recommend reviewing size guides carefully before ordering as we do not accept returns for sizing preference.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Lunar Bass website including but not limited to logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs, and artwork is the intellectual property of Lunar Bass and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9.3 Purchasing a Lunar Bass product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Bass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

10.2 Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

10.3 We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to courier delays, customs holds, natural events, or platform outages.

11.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.

11.2 We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device is adequately protected.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
